HOW TO WITHDRAW YOUR MONEY FROM AGN

This post is in response to the several requests thrown at me from many Argent Global Network affiliates who find it difficult, or attimes confusing, regarding what is required and the steps needed to withdraw money from their AGN account wallet. 


To withdraw, three points MUST be noted.

First of all, it is important to understand very clearly that you can only withdraw your money from AGN on Mondays only. On a non-Monday, you will NOT be able to withdraw. After the withdrawal, you will get the money on the Thursday of the following week i.e. 10 days later.

Secondly, you must have at least a total balance of fourty dollars ($40) in your AGN account wallet before you can request a withdrawal. If your balance is NOT up to $40, do NOT request a withdrawal.

Finally, because AGN insists on its affiliates maintaining only one account, and also because of possible fraud, AGN now requires that you verify your account with them.

HOW TO VERIFY YOUR AGN ACCOUNT FOR WITHDRAWAL

Your AGN account will need to be verified before you request withdrawal. You can do this by proving both your identity and your place of residence. To do this, you need to provide the below-mentioned documents, AND send them all to AGN taking care to follow ALL requirements as below:

1). To prove your Personal Identity (Proof of Identification)
Please make sure that the proof of ID documents meet the following requirements before uploading:

  • Government issued ID documents displaying your full name and your photo in color (passport, international passport, driver license, local ID card);
    Please note: Company access cards, certificates, student ID cards and other non-official documents are NOT accepted;
  • Verification documents are valid and contain date of issue/expiration date (minimal validity of ID is one year);
  • Identification document has a document number;
  • Identification document has a date of birth;
  • The documents are in English (latin letters), otherwise certified translations should be provided;
  • Verification documents must be standard full-sized pages (uncropped);
  • Scanned images quality: colorhigh resolution (at least 150 dpi).
You can upload files in JPEG or PDF formats. Any unclear, altered, low-resolution, or poor quality images will be rejected.

2). To prove your Place of Residence (Proof of Address)
Please make sure that the proof of address documents meet the following requirements before uploading:

  • Legal and traceable documents (scanned papers) displaying your full name and residential address: utility bill, stamped bank statement or a certificate;
    Please note: Personal identification with address, envelopes, P.O. Box statements, electronic documents and screenshots are NOT accepted;
  • Proof of address is recent (not older than 3 month);
  • The documents are in English (latin letters), otherwise certified translations should be provided;
  • Verification documents must be standard full-sized pages (uncropped);
  • Scanned images quality: colorhigh resolution (at least 150 dpi).
You can upload files in JPEG or PDF formats. Any unclear, altered, low-resolution, or poor quality images will be rejected.

PLEASE NOTE:
i). Submit ALL requested documents to withdrawal@argentglobalnetwork.com.

ii). *Some countries will be required to provide additional documentation or even different documentation. You will be notified of this via email once you start the verification process.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO WITHDRAW FROM YOUR AGN WALLET

Before you consider withdrawal from your AGN account, first of all, ensure that it is a Monday, that you have at least $40 in your AGN account wallet, and that you have verified your AGN account. Thereafter, follow the steps below to withdraw:

1). Log into your AGN Back office

2). On the left-sided navigation column, click on "Transfer Funds" (see images below)

  • If it is NOT a Monday, you will only see the "Deposit Money to my wallet" dialog box (see image below);

  • If it is a Monday, you will see a different dialog box below the one we described above. This dialog box which appears ONLY on Mondays is the "Withdraw Money from your wallet" dialog box (see image below);

3). Now, inside the "Withdraw Money from your wallet" dialog box are important instructions for withdrawal from AGN. Make sure you read through all these instructions very carefully. NB: All the instructions are as already written out on this page, however, AGN may update new instructions, so it is good to read theirs from time to time.

4) Scroll down further within the "Withdraw Money from your wallet" dialog box, and fill in all the requested blank columns of the withdrawal form. These include:

  • Recipient (this is your username for SolidTrustPay or iPayout; your email address for OkPay or Payza; or your login member ID for PerfectMoney),
  • Amount (the total amount you wish to withdraw),
  • Account (select the preferred ewallet you want to withdraw into i.e. SolidTrustPay, iPayout, PerfectMoney, or OkPay),
  • Identity Card # (the identity document number on the Government-issued ID you submitted to AGN previously);
4). Do not forget to click to check-mark the "Please agree to our policy" button; 

5). Finally, click on the blue-colored "Withdraw" button.

And voila!, the amount you requested will be withdrawn to your preferred ewallet. Allow ten days for complete processing of the transfer.

Please note, when you are making your withdrawal request the recipient email must be in the form of:

Solid Trust Pay: USERNAME
Perfect Money: U1234567
IPayout: USERNAME

Only this information must be in the recipient email section. If you add more information or the wrong information, the transaction will be cancelled and indicated in the log of your backoffice. We will return the funds to your AGN wallet.
